From now on, there is a section which i call BLOG where i shall share provide forewords for recently published articles and few opinions on the industry. The objective is to somehow instill a 'human connection' presence on this portal. Yes, i have the feeling that my previous articles were a little too serious. (Imagine an engineer trying to take up public writing.)
Few words on street-mobile.com. I wanted to make available a site on mobile communication that would benefit malaysian consumers and the cyber population in general through some simple analysis on the local products (at this point, i find pricing comparison to be useful) and knowledge sharing. A normal blogspot may be sufficient for this purpose, but instead, i wanted to add a professional feeling to it, thus the 'article portal' layout.
Street-mobile.com has been around since Q3 2008 with minimal promotion, and thanks to the Google searchbots and few friendly references at the forum, this portal has been receiving growing visits, especially in December 08 where cumulatively it has breached 30k hits despite its soft launch mode and obscure mode.
This gave me a reason to continue a passion that i see has picked the interests of malaysians. Thus my New Year resolution, to serve my visitors with continuous contents on the mobile subject.
